  • Requirements: must be a sophomore or junior that has completed Algebra I with a C or higher

Course Description: 

This course is designed to teach the student basic skills necessary for college-level Chemistry. Laboratory activities are a staple in this class. Students will carry out numerous experiments that demonstrate and require a high level of problem-solving skills. Developed math skills are essential to be successful in this class. Topics covered include: matter, chemical bonding, reactions, and stochiometry.
